Stevie Wonder ~ Superstition
"Very superstitious, writings on the wall,
Very superstitious, ladders bout' to fall,
Thirteen month old baby, broke the lookin' glass
Seven years of bad luck, the good things in your past
When you believe in things that you don't understand,
Then you suffer,
Superstition ain't the way
Very superstitious, wash your face and hands,
Rid me of the problem, do all that you can,
Keep me in a daydream, keep me goin' strong,
You don't wanna save me, sad is my song
When you believe in things that you don't understand,
Back to England we go, London to be exact. Time to travel across the country from Vegas to Boston! Where we will find alternative rock band. While Miller played rhythm parts, Gardner would often play a bass line on his guitar. Their sound is recognized for its vocal harmonies, with both Miller and Gardner singing lead vocals on different songs; in songs such as "What You Wish For" and this next song the two members sing different lyrics simultaneously. Off of their 1999 album "Lost And Gone Forever".... Colin's number three song is...
Guster ~ Happier
"Say goodbye, lose your friends, make them go, don't need them around
Cause it's time, lose your friends, make them go, was never supposed to be like this
They were too weak, too prone to break
Their needs too deep, their skin too thin
By now you took what was to take
Tear it apart and start again
So go on, if this will make you happier
It got you this far, did what you had to
You've wasted every moment of your Saturdays and your Sundays
You're wasted from the boredom, was never supposed to be like this
Like your father said, just do what was done unto you..always
In your father's steps you'll do what was done unto you
It won't be hard to start again
So go on, if this will make you happier
It got you this far, do what you have to
(Well you knew this would come)
And you're gone now
(And you've left me all alone)
And did it make you happier?
(And you're lost and long gone, don't take it so seriously)
It wasn't that hard
(Go on and get goin, I'm fine on my own)
Did what you had to
(We got you this far, finally got it figured out)"

The album that this song is from The album name plays off of Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart, using his first and middle name and replacing his last with the band's name.
