My #1 song!
My number one favorite song of all time is ...
Bush ~ Glycerine (1995)
"Must be your skin that I'm sinkin in, Must be for real cause now I can feel, and I didn't mind, it's not my kind
not my time to wonder why, everything's gone white and everything's grey, now your here now you away
I don't want this, remember that, I'll never forget where your at
don't let the days go by, glycerine "
I never realized this until I started thinking of my top ten list. Every time that this song comes on the radio or my ipod I have to turn it up and sing along. I guess that's why it's my #1 song .
To recap my top ten favorite song of all time are
10 Breaking Benjamin ~ Breath (2006)
9 Incubus ~ Pardon Me (1999)
8 Modest Mouse ~ Float On (2004)
7 Our Lady Peace ~ Life (2001)
6 Red Hot Chili Peppers ~ The Zephyr Song (2002)
5 Foo Fighters ~ Times like These (2003)
4 Dave Matthews Band ~ Cruch (1998)
3. The Verve ~ Bittersweet Symphony (1997)
2 Fuel ~ Shimmer (1998)
1 Bush ~ Glycerine (1995)
I hope you enjoyed my top ten list. I have been handed my first top ten list by one of my co-workers and I will be posting his top ten starting next week!

Number 2!
Fuel ~ Shimmer (1998)
Fuel ~ Shimmer (1998)
"We're here and now, but will we ever be again
'Cause I have found
All that shimmers in this world is sure to fade 'Cause I have found
Away again"
It's hard to believe I was a freshman in high school when this song came out. It may be a little dark but it's this high on my list for a reason.

Everybody knows this one,
The Verve~ Bittersweet Symphony (1997)
" 'Cause it's a bittersweet symphony this life
Trying to make ends meet, trying to find some money then you die
I'll take you down the only road I've ever been down
You know the one that takes you to the places where all the veins meet, yeah
You know I can't change, I can't change, I can't change,
but I'm here in my mold, I am here in my mold
And I'm a million different people from one day to the next
I can't change my mold, no,no,no,no,no"
I love the melody, I love the lyrics, what else needs to be said?

Number 4
Dave Matthews Band ~ Crush (1998)
The band who influenced a generation. Out of all their great songs, why did I choose this one? I heard it for the first time when I was a freshman in high school, and I've loved it ever since. Also It has to be the full version, all 8 minutes of it.

Foo Fighters ~ Times like these (2003)
"it's times like these you learn to live again
it's times like these you give and give again
it's times like these you learn to love again
it's times like these time and time again"
In my humble opinion the Foo Fighters at their best.

Number 6, this one also might be a little bit of a surprise
Red Hot Chili Peppers ~ The Zephyr Song (2002)
"Fly away on my zephyr
I feel it more than ever
And in this perfect weather
We’ll find a place together
Fly on my wind"
This one was a tough choice, I knew a RHCP song would go here but I couldn't decide. My decision came down to either this song or "can't stop". So I listened to each one over and over and very quickly found out how much I loved this song.

My top ten
Well here we go, why not start out with my top ten list...
#10
My favorite song by one of my favorite bands, Breath caught my ear the first time I heard it back in 2006. I believe that this is the most recent song on my list, enjoy the video and #9 will be coming soon.
The 1st one,
Hello world! I've been wanting to start a music blog of some sort for awhile now, but I wanted to make it unique. After some thought and some inspiring conversation I a solution, make each week a different top ten music list. To start out I asked my friends and family for their top ten favorite songs of all time. For most music fans this is next to impossible to do, so to help everyone out my only criteria was, you are in your car about ready to go into something important, (like work or class) a song comes on the radio and you won't get out until the song is over. That's it, so my next post will be the beginning of my top ten favorite songs of all time
